<188> Maybe I should update: Umm.... Happy New Year? Yeah, ok I know I'm a little [lot] late. But hey, better late than never, right? There is I guess quite a bit that's gone on in the last few months. I do hope to update more regularly... but this might be a bad time to try to start that resolution considering one big event that I have coming up. I'm getting my KIDNEY TRANSPLANT FINALLY!! :) It happens February 3rd, so it's less than two weeks away, so I've been busy getting school and other things in order. Our semester just started two days ago. I have my third (and last) class of the week in about an hour. I'm taking my senior studio (continuing with Sticky Art) plus our presentation day every week and one regular class (Educational Psychology) which is what I have at 4pm today. I am also taking two independent studies. One on Cybersociology - which is something I've been very interested in for awhile now (and also might pursue grad school for someday) and the other is on promotional marketing and PR design. The latter I have less planned right now, but considering Drop/Add period ends the day I get my transplant I have to hurry up and get things in order which I am in the process of at least.

So I guess my semester isn't too crazy, which is what I had planned for from the beginning I just never realized it would come in handy with the transplant happening in the middle of it. Hopefully everything will go well. I don't think anyone who reads this has, but you never know, so I'll ask - if anyone reading this has had any experiences with people getting transplants (or you getting one yourself) I'd love to talk - you can drop me a line at meg@digitalreflex.net. Ok, so I promise, I really will try to write more often, especially before the transplant happens. But for now, I must go and make it to my class on time.
